Our Story

Welcome to Maison Fundu, a forward thinking Hampshire based property investment company and a gateway to hassle free and convenient property management.

We rent out a range of premium rental properties with modern amenities and personalized services on long term lets. Hence, minimizing the hassle that the landlord would normally deal with. We offer a Guaranteed Rent Scheme which will ensure that the landlord receives rental income despite void periods.

Our responsibility will be to make our properties look attractive for tenants and to provide a quality service so that our tenants feel at home and our landlords feel at ease. We undertake rigorous checks to ensure that reliable tenants are chosen, reducing the chances of problems occurring. We also handle all letting issues, for instance dealing with disruptive tenants, unpaid rent and property damage at no extra fee.
